What is Content Management?
1st July, 2011 in CMS
Content Management refers to systems that allow the website owner or administrator to be able to access an administration area to edit, add, delete and manage your own content on your website. It saves time and money and ensures your website can stay up to date with the information you want, when you want it.
Traditional website systems may not allow content to be managed but may still be costly to build and implement. Additional costs may be incurred to make small, regular changes because website owners may have to contact the web designers to make them.
With Content Managed systems you do not have to contact the system designer. Simply log in to your own, private administration area and make regular updates to your website yourself.
