We look after a large number of websites across several servers. The information about them used to live in different places: the hosting control panels, our accounting software, and our own notes. Off-the-shelf CRMs are built for sales pipelines, not for the link between a client, their websites and the servers behind them.
So we built our own.
What it does
- Syncs automatically from our hosting control panels and FreeAgent, our accounting software
- Runs live checks on every website’s DNS, SSL certificate, response and platform
- Flags problems, such as out-of-date PHP or expiring SSL certificates, so we can fix them before a client notices
- Shows what each customer pays and what is outstanding, matched to their websites
- Logs every change, with one-click undo
- Has a secure API and an AI assistant connection, so we can ask questions of the data in plain English
It is built in Laravel and Filament, hosted on our own servers, and we use it every day.
